I chat about my experiences and how I often take on the feelings of others as my responsibility. Where codependancy and the fawn / fawning trauma response and hypervilgance shows up for me. The trying to get it 'right' to please others. I talk about acceptance and how freedom is within relationships and the courage to be vulnerable and to be truly seen.
