Hey lovelies, this week I talk about self-love and how we all have emotional dips. That this is normal depending on what's going on in our lives and how our emotions communicate to us. Emotions are such a GPS and it's important to take care of ourselves when we have an emotional dip or our emotions feel heavy, rather than shaming ourselves or thinking there is something wrong with us. Often we feel we are going backwards in life, we never are but it can feel like that at times. Being a friend to ourselves and having self-compassion really makes all the difference. Self-love always.
It's so easy to believe and fall for the ego that tells us we aren't enough and sometimes we have to remember to really realise that the ego speaks such BS.
Keep loving yourself. Our self-love journey is not linear, it's a relationship. We have to love ourselves and to be in it for the long haul rather than a fix quick and only wanting the so-called 'good' emotions.
2020 has been a hard year for many of us and it's important to have a lot more compassion and grace for ourselves when navigating through a hard season. Feelings wanna be felt. The little things add up.
Humans have lots of emotions, we aren't meant to be robotic. Learning to not always get so taken down by the external things is such a gamechanger, this takes practice and it's learning to really be a friend to yourself. Getting support if you need it. Taking responsibility for ourselves and our lives and what we can control.
Sometimes we are picking up on other people's stuff. Give yourself love. You are not your thoughts, feelings or emotions. The relationship with yourself is your longest one. How do you treat yourself in a hard season?
Humans care and it's a beautiful thing. Healthy caring over being disempowered and drained.

Truth & Transformation is an unpolished raw podcast about unearthing the crap that holds us back. Aimed at women who want it all and wanna feel damn good about themselves. We will talk openly about struggles, the highs and lows of life, sex, family, relationships, emotions, healing, mindset, dreams, spirituality, bisexuality, vulnerability, authenticity, money and so much more – in fact, nothing is really off the table. If it’s holding you back from the life you want we will talk about it.
If you wanna feel damn good we need to talk about the real stuff so that’s what we are doing here.
I believe when we love ourselves our life really transforms in the most beautiful ways and when we don’t love ourselves we don’t feel enough or fulfilled. This is a podcast to bridge the gap.
It’s a podcast about feeling good about you, living life in your truth, on your terms.
